A 4-hour daily break is built into the 24-hour booking, usually taken at the time most convenient for your family.

If you’d prefer the booking to run without a break, or you anticipate needing occasional full 24-hour coverage, this can be discussed and arranged by mutual agreement.

Hourly bookings include the same range of services listed above, ensuring your family receives comprehensive newborn care and support during each shift. If sleep training is part of your plan, this can absolutely be done on an hourly basis, though it may require a little extra coordination.
Successful sleep training in this setup depends on precise feedback from parents about how things go while I’m off duty, and on consistently applying the techniques I’ve introduced.
Many families manage this very well and see excellent results; for others, it can take a bit more time or feel slightly more challenging at the start, but with clear communication and consistency, it’s entirely achievable.
